they paid two more doctors who ignored medical evidence even after I told them
in writing about their errors. They knew my doctor also sent the letter with
the quotes above to Obama’s second in command of the DOL. There have been times
I could have died because MetLife’s years of frauds caused me to be unable
afford additional surgeries and medical treatment.
Four of the
Doctors who ignored identical medical evidence in my case work for the corporations
named Network Medical Review and MES. As mentioned MetLife pays these
corporations millions of dollars every year for reports written by their
doctors, and MetLife uses these fraudulent reports to illegally deny claims.
That is one
percent of the evidence of MetLife’s deadly crimes I filed with Mrs. Blackburn

sent me letters from Washington saying it’s their “top priority” to protect

This is all occurring
while so many political leaders from both parties often talk about their belief
in God.
“Learn to do good;
seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the
widow's cause.”
James Chapter 1 verse
22 says :
“Be ye doers of the
word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves”
I recently kept praying
that God would let me know how to tell our legislators (without judging them) that I don’t
think God will approve of them ignoring all this destruction of lives.
Within a short time I heard a
preacher on TV say that without judging someone if we feel they may be on a
path to Hell we should tell them. If the Republican leaders do nothing to stop all the deadly
crimes that Obama is protecting I believe they may be on a direct path to Hell.
We all sin but we must try our best
to sin less. I have not seen any effort whatsoever by Blackburn, Issa, Grassley, or
the Republican Committee to stop these health care and other corporate crimes
that Obama and his top Directors are protecting.
I sincerely pray and hope that God
will quickly do something to make them understand the tremendous suffering they are enabling and compel them to have a change of heart and spirit.
The DOJ and DOL
Directors appointed by Democrat and Republican Presidents have
done nothing to stop the tremendous torture and death of thousands of sick and
dying Americans every year !!
Fines don’t stop the
deadly crimes
i. The fines are often a small percentage of the profits the
corporations make on crimes that are often potentially deadly.
ii. The corporate leaders continue committing more
identical crimes because they feel certain they will never be prosecuted !!
iii. The government often says the fine money will
be used to prevent additional crimes but they know that’s not working !!
iv. They rarely use the money to help citizens who
whose lives were destroyed by the crimes. Where does all the fine money go ????
v. “Too big to fail” is a fraudulent
statement to allow large corporations that make huge campaign contributions to
continue violating laws and endanger thousands of Americans every year !!
I believe some of the
financial crimes should also be investigated as manslaughter because so many
lives have been destroyed. I feel certain many people have committed suicide
because of the corporate crimes that have devastated our national and world
economies!!

PBS has had many prominent speakers in the last three months who repeatedly say
our future is being stolen by Plutocrats who have no human conscience. Citizens
have been trained to believe there is nothing they can do.

“I think that clearly, the opinion-making elites and the political elites are generally insulated from the level of anxiety and economic threat that millions and millions of Americans are facing in the most extreme fashion since the Great Depression, as the cliché goes.”
“At the same time, I think the problem is, is that the citizenry has really been trained to believe that they're impotent when it comes to demanding action from the political class.”
That’s a small percentage of similar quotes from Bill Moyers show.
Those quotes are being heard on Public television.
I appreciate the reporting but there should be much more urgency in the discussion. We need to stick to the facts, be polite and do everything legally in making our demands, but time is running out quickly !!

Meridith McGehee of
the Campaign Legal Center was recently on C-Span talking about the Plutocracy
that controls the world.
You may think you are
not being affected by these crimes personally. I think you are wrong. I believe
we all have a front row seat watching the destruction of the poor and middle
class. It is a slow destruction for many people so they are doing nothing now,
but there are also many lives on fire now !!
There is the myth that
there is nothing we can do. If enough citizens make demands to their
representatives they will take action !!
If Obama and the
Democrats and Republicans who claim to be Christians are really Christians, or
have any goodness in them at all, then they need to stop ignoring the
widespread destruction of lives that is being caused by patterns of crimes
committed by very rich people who shower them with lobbying money and campaign
contributions. Our elected officials have a spiritual and legal fiduciary duty
to enforce the laws and I believe they are grossly failing to do so.
I pray God will cause
them to understand the tremendous suffering they are enabling so they will
immediately stop these overwhelming patterns of crimes within crimes !! God
please help us all !!

Addendum For
Investigators
A criminal
investigation can easily access much more evidence!! Less than one
percent of cases are posted on the internet !! I found most of this evidence by
advance searching google after having surgery on both eyes. An investigator
with campaign finance research skills will find many more contributions than I
have. I have to read things over and over to comprehend; I have many bloody
falls and accidents including almost knocking myself out multiple times by
walking into sharp edged door frames etc. These problems are often increased by
reading and typing.
An honest investigator
will easily see the patterns of crimes and they’ll see many lives are being
destroyed every year. That’s the only reason I was able to painfully compile
this evidence and repeatedly present it for many years to everyone possible in
every way possible.
As mentioned the media
stories do not stop the crimes. They will be investigated as criminal evidence
if justice prevails !!
New Developments in
Ford’s Case
The evidence I filed
that led to Senator Ford’s conviction was first revealed by the Memphis
Commercial Appeal Newspaper. In the complaint I compared the media sources to
applicable laws. The Federal Jury determined that Ford violated numerous laws
and he was convicted and sentenced to 14 years. There have been new
developments regarding Ford and that case may go to the Supreme Court.
Ford has already
served prison time and left office so I may choose not to do anything further
regarding Ford.
I do have evidence
that proves Ford completely reversed his opinion after he illegally received
$237,000. I believe that proves bid rigging and it should be considered in the
appeals process.

Ford is against changing TennCare's dental program. Months later he's all for
it. Why the dramatic turnabout? There's a request for a Federal Grand Jury
investigation into Senator John Ford. The request comes after audio tapes from
senate committee meetings show a very sharp flip-flop by Senator Ford.
Why did Senator
Ford have such a sudden change of heart on TennCare's dental program?”
“Barry Schmittou
arrived at the U.S. Attorneys office in Nashville Monday, delivering an urgent
request to create a federal grand jury to look into John Ford's consulting with
TennCare linked companies.”
“Schmittou's opinion
is that legislators like Ford are getting money they shouldn't. Schmittou said,
"To the point that their vote is being greatly influenced, I think
companies that do biz with the state of Tennessee understand if they do not
spend money on the legislators, they're not gonna get the contract."
In fact, Schmittou
points to a May of 2001 committee meeting in Nashville. John Ford stood firmly
against separating dental services from the rest of TennCare. A so-called
"carve-out" of the dental program.
Ford said, "To
carve out the dental programs for the MCOs. What sense does that make? And you
set up a separate thing for it. It's not gonna decrease the cost of the dental
services. Why would we recommend something like that.?" Ford clearly states
that overhauling the dental program won't save money. Ford was so adamant
against change or the carve-out he seemed to get flustered at one point.
"I'm gonna tell you I'm at a loss to ask a question on this because I
don't want to sound funny. This is very serious business to me."
But seven months later
a consulting firm that has since paid Ford at least $237,000 began representing
Doral Dental. Four months after that, in April of 2002, Ford completely changed
his tone, and was then fighting for carving out the dental program. "And
I'm trying to point out to you the reason why TennCare should carve out the
dental program because it can be done for about a dollar per head."
Remember, Ford said
the carve-out would not save TennCare money. 11 months later he said, "The
carve-out will save the program millions of dollars. I certainly hope so. I
know it will. I know it will. It's just that my vision on this might be a
little keener than most folks, but it will."
Doral Dental won that
$18-million carve-out contract to manage TennCare's dental program. After they
got the contract, they began making payments to Managed Care Services Group
Inc. That company has paid Senator Ford $237,000. Action News 5 called Senator
Ford's office in Nashville, but have not hear back from him.

more has been filed under oath with penalty of perjury with Congresswoman Blackburn and the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and the House Energy and Commerce
Oversight Committee. Many citizens have contacted Republican representatives
Blackburn, Issa, and Republican Senator Grassley but they continue to do
nothing and thousands more will die every year because of this. God please help
